State Forest Products, Inc.?
Granite
State Forest Products, Inc. is a family owned wholesale sawmill, planer
mill and kiln drying operation located in Henniker, NH. Granite State
Forest Products, Inc. has been selling Eastern White Pine products wholesale
to log home companies, log home dealers, timber frame builders and the

Annually,
Granite State Forest Products, Inc. kiln dries and mills about 6 million
board feet of Eastern White Pine lumber and timbers. Granite State Forest
Products, Inc. offers kiln drying service to other mills who do not have
the drying capacity. Additionally, the kilns are used to dry firewood
for a local firewood company.
In addition
to using their kilns to dry material for use here in the United States,
Granite State Forest Products, Inc. can dry material for phytosanitary
certification. This certification is required for export of wood products
to most countries outside of the United States. Granite State Forest Products,
Inc. has dried material for phytosanitary certification and shipment to
countries such as Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, The Netherlands
and Canada. Shipments going overseas must be containerized. Granite State
Forest Products, Inc. is set up for such specialized loading.
Granite
State Forest Products Inc. specializes in Eastern White Pine products.
We Production includes structural and decorative timbers, milled grade
stamped log home logs, log siding, dimensional timbers, and dressed lumber.
In our timber product line, we can offer our customers any size timbers
up to 8 x 12" x 24’ 12”x18”x26’.
Granite
State Forest Products, Inc. is one of the very few mills that can grade
stamp log home logs. To provide this service, Granite State Forest Products,
Inc. must inspect and grade every log that it manufactures for use in
log homes. Logs are graded for quality assurance for the customer using
guidelines/standards dictated by the Log Home Council. For

Granite
State Forest Products, Inc. produces a wide variety of profiled milled
and grade stamped, heartwood logs for the log home industry. Profiles
can be seen on the Product page. In addition to standard profiles, Granite
State Forest Products, Inc. can produce just about any profile a customer
needs. Custom profiles are available for an additional set-up fee and

Granite
State Forest Products, Inc. manufactures kiln dried planed log siding,
single or double tongue & groove logs, kiln dried 1" and 2"
rough lumber. The log siding that is produced matches the exterior curved
profile and height of the logs. This ensures that the log siding used
for house skirts, gables, multiple storey homes, garages, and porches
matches the logs used on the log home walls. False corners are also produced
to match log and siding profiles so that when used with log siding, they
give an illusion of a solid log home. Read
